About Matthew Hill

Matthew Hill grew up in New Providence, NJ, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University in 2006. That same year, he began his career in the insurance industry as a producer and commercial lines CSR at his family’s agency. In 2020, Matthew stepped into the role of President following the unexpected passing of his father, continuing his family’s legacy with dedication and integrity.

Matthew brings nearly two decades of experience to his work and takes pride in helping clients secure coverage that others may have overlooked. He enjoys getting to know each client personally—whether it's a family protecting their home or a business securing their future.


Outside the office, Matthew is a devoted family man who enjoys golfing, cooking, watching movies, and tackling home projects. Whether he’s relaxing with his loved ones or fine-tuning a policy for a client, he brings thoughtfulness and commitment to everything he does.
